What is a Virtual Assistant?
A Virtual Assistant is a professional independent businessperson who provides outsourced business support. A Virtual Assistant is not an employee, so you choose when and how much assistance you need. You no longer have to worry about sick pay or holiday pay again. You only pay for the time “on task,” and the work we actually do for you.
What are your office hours?
Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm GMT.

What kind of assistance does The Digital Diamond provide?
Like a Personal Assistant, we provide the skills necessary for your office. You decide what tasks you need completed and we will provide the skills necessary to complete the tasks at the highest standard. We offer a variety of services which you can view on our Services page.
How do I know that The Digital Diamond virtual assistant is working if I can’t see what they are doing?
Once you become a client, you will have access to a time management tool to track the number of hours invested and the current status of your projects.
How do I know how much time The Digital Diamond virtual assistant is spending on my work?
We will supply you with a Time Sheet to show you the amount of time spent on each project. Our time management software allows us to provide you with reports that can be sent to you on a weekly or monthly basis, or when requested.
What if I need services that are not listed?
If you don’t see the service you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We would like nothing more than to complete your task. We have access to some of the finest VA’s and if we cannot carry out the task ourselves, we will oversee the search for another contractor and see the project through to the end.
How do we exchange files?
There are several ways to exchange files, the first being email, or via the website, via project management software or online storage such Dropbox. Whatever the method, we will always endeavour to ensure your information is safe and secure.
What are you rates?
We have a standard hourly rate of £25 per hour for general administration, but we also have other special rates and packages. Please refer to our Rates page for more information.
How do you invoice?
We use Freshbooks accounting software, which is an extraordinarily simple way for you to make payments. You will receive an invoice via email, which will include the timesheet and ways to pay. All invoices are payable upon receipt.
