Purchasing a monthly retainer saves you counting up the time and gives you a clear view of your cashflow.   By purchasing in bulk you not only receive a discount,  you also have the opportunity to receive a number of hours free.  Our time management software will send you regular reports giving you a clear picture on the time being spent on your tasks.  When your hours are running low we will contact you to let you know, and any extra hours you purchase will be available at the corresponding discounted price.

If the hours are for a specific one time project you need not be concerned with your ‘time’ running out.  Before beginning any project we will be clear on the number of hours required, if for any reason you hours are running low we will give you plenty of warning to ensure you do not miss your deadlines.  We endeavour to complete within the given timeframe and will work until the job is complete at no extra charge.
